By accessing or using Fantasy Forecast (the "Service") at getffanalytics.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Fantasy Forecast provides fantasy football analytics tools including draft rankings, lineup optimization, waiver wire grades, start/sit recommendations, trade analysis, and community features. The Service is provided "as is" for informational purposes — no fantasy football outcome is guaranteed.
To use most features, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Core features (Draft Board, Lineup Optimizer, Community) are available for free.
We offer a one-time 14-day free trial of Pro features for new users. No credit card is required. The trial automatically ends after 14 days unless you upgrade.
Pro features cost $9 USD per month, billed monthly via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time from your Account Settings page or via the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect immediately — no refunds for partial months.

You retain ownership of any content you post in the community. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and moderate that content within the Service. We may remove content that violates these Terms at our discretion.
When you connect an ESPN league, you authorize us to fetch your league's public and private data on your behalf. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by ESPN. Your use of ESPN's services is governed by ESPN's own Terms of Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Fantasy football projections, recommendations, and analysis are estimates — not guarantees. We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
No gambling advice: The Service is not a gambling product and does not provide gambling advice. Any decisions you make based on Service content (including fantasy football transactions, trades, or bets) are your sole responsibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fantasy Forecast and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
